At RODESIGN'S, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will:
- Provide a full refund OR replacement at no additional cost
- Cover return shipping costs
- Require photos of the defect/damage within 7 days of delivery
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Contact us at [your email] within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customer responsibility: You pay return shipping for standard returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.)
- Our responsibility: We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the item you want
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly for lost or stolen packages
- We recommend filing a claim with the carrier if your package is missing
CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
- After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled

QUALITY GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a printing error, defect, or quality issue, we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
