REFUND POLICY

At RODESIGN'S, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will:

  • Provide a full refund OR replacement at no additional cost
  • Cover return shipping costs
  • Require photos of the defect/damage within 7 days of delivery

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Contact us at [your email] within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customer responsibility: You pay return shipping for standard returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.)
  • Our responsibility: We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly for lost or stolen packages
  • We recommend filing a claim with the carrier if your package is missing

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled
  • Contact us immediately at [your email] to request a cancellation

QUALITY GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a printing error, defect, or quality issue, we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
